It is the first compact, full-featured spotting scope developed specifically for field surveillance and range estimating. The Recon R/T Reticle features a hashmarked ranging reticle using MRAD based subtension lines for ranging, holdover, and windage corrections. It is based on the angular measurement called the milliradian, allowing you to calculate ranges when comparing the reticle to an object of a known dimension.
Adjust the Eyecup on the Recon R/T to block stray light and accommodate both eyeglass wearers and non-eyeglass wearers. Use the main focus wheel and the reticle focus on the eyepiece to obtain crisp, sharp images of objects at varying distances. The Recon R/T Monocular with 15x magnification and 50mm objective lens is fully waterproof and fogproof, making it suitable for long-range observation and range estimation.
