ADE RD3-028-P ARES PRO Red Dot with 3.5 MOA Dot and Weather Shield System for Optics Ready Pistol, compatible with Doctor/Vortex/Burris Optics

ADE is introducing the 2023 PRO SERIES, which features Sensor Activated/Awake technology for ADE RD3 series sights that fit a variety of popular footprints on the market. With the Motion Activated System, the Ares Pro automatically turns off its red dot illumination after five minutes of inactivity. However, any motion or vibration will instantly turn on the illumination at the previous brightness setting. Users also have the option to manually disable the Motion Activated System.

Designed to promote rapid target acquisition and provide a precise point of aim, the sight allows shooters to get their shots down range and on target quickly. The Side Battery Load System eliminates the need to remove the sight in order to change the battery. Additionally, a removable Weather Shield protects the sight from moisture and offers a clearer sight picture in inclement weather. Once installed, the weather shield will safeguard against rain or snow and remains attached even when mounted on a handgun.

The sight has a longer overall length and only fits on the optic plate located above the slide, typically replacing the rear sight. It measures 1.84 inches in length, 1.30 inches in width, and 1.15 inches in height. It is shockproof and fogproof, featuring a 3.5MOA red dot with fully windage and elevation adjustments and lockable settings, as well as unlimited eye relief and multiple illumination options. The sight is powered by a lithium CR2032 battery.

Included with the sight are a removable picatinny plate, lens cloth, instructions, tools, and battery. The ADE RD3-018 Spike and RD3-021 Nuwa are compatible with the Shield RMS/RMSC/Deltapoint Pro footprints, while the ADE RD3-020 Raptor, RD3-023 Valkyrie, and RD3-019 Stingray are designed for use with the Trijicon RMR/SRO/Holosun 407C/507C footprints. The ADE RD3-006, RD3-009, RD3-012, and RD3-013 sights are compatible with the Doctor/Vortex Venom/Viper/Burris Fastfire footprints.
